Hypnotherapy SupervisionAbout hypnotherapy supervision Supervision is a confidential working relationship between supervisor and supervisee that facilitates the exploration of the supervisee's therapeutic practice. In a supportive environment, the supervisee can explore client work undertaken, ethical issues, changes in direction, continuing professional development, the relationship between theory and practice, practice management issues, emotional and motivational issues, and any number of other problems and goals that arise in the course of working as a therapist. About Paul Peace My name is Paul Peace. I am a Charted Psychologist, hypnotherapist (senior clinician Reg. NCH), qualified hypnotherapy supervisor (AccHypSup, NCH), EMDR practitioner and psychotherapist. My approach is respectful, friendly but of course challenging if it needs to be. Within the bounds of professional needs, ethics and realistic expectations, I am dedicated to helping supervisees achieve anything they want to achieve. I don't believe there is such a thing as a perfect therapist and I work from a presupposition that everyone is doing the best they can with the skills, motivation, etc that they have available to them at a given time. I work with supervisees using an eclectic mixture of techniques, just as I do with my therapy clients, including cognitive approaches, person-centred approaches, neuro-linguistic programming, and narrative approaches. I welcome people of all backgrounds and axis of difference including age, gender, sexuality, non/religious beliefs, ethnicity, etc. Qualifications Certificate

Psychologist - British Psychological Society Structure of supervision I am happy to work to your needs and provide any frequency of supervision provided it satisfies the minimum requirements of your most stringent professional body. You may contract for monthly or 6-weekly supervision, for example. This will normally be one hour in duration but may be contracted for longer if desirable or necessary. Normally, the frequency with which you see clients also dictates the frequency of supervision required. Fees and cancellation policy Individual supervision - £60 for 1 hour face-to-face supervision. 2-person supervision - bring along another hypnotherapist. £50 per person for 1 hour. Monthly group supervision - minimum 3 supervisees required. If the minimum number has not yet been reached for a particular group to run, you can either go on a waiting list, possibly receiving individual supervision in the meantime, or find 2 more hypnotherapists to bring along with you to make up the minimum 3 people required. £40 per person for 2 hours. Telephone supervision - 1 x 60 or 2 x 30 minute phone or webcam calls per supervision interval. A monthly standing order is to be set up with your bank for £40 per month for 6-weekly supervision, or £60 per month for monthly supervision. Please ask your bank to pay it on the first day of each month and 'until further notice'. I will contact you at agreed appointment times. Appointment call charges are paid by me except mobile & non-geographical Nos. Contact Please feel
